CUAC will collect information from authorized Credit Union personnel on the pre-approval parameters of members so that this information can be communicated with an authorized CUAC dealer partner.

When you request a quote from us, you will need to provide information such as your name, address, telephone and fax numbers, email address, and other such information in order for us to be able contact you with a quote. If you list your pre-owned car in our listing service, you will need to provide us with information such as your name, address, telephone and fax numbers, email address, and other such information in order for us to contact you.
We will also need information from you relating to the car that you would like to purchase or your financing options if you use our website tools such as our Payment Calculator, Lease vs. Buy Quiz, new car quotes, and pre-owned car listings. This information relates to, for instance, the make and model of the car you are interested in, the amount you would like to finance in order to purchase your car, and the region in which you would like to search for pre-owned cars. Such information is required in order for us to better answer your queries and to complete certain transactions.

IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information. We monitor specific usage patterns such as the number of visitors, the length and frequency of visits to our website, page views, and navigation patterns. All of this is done with the intention of better servicing our customers’ needs.

The CUAC and Member Auto Center Car Buying website uses industry-standard security standards, procedures, and encryption. The information we collect from our visitors is stored on secured servers. The CUAC professional IT team is constantly monitoring new technologies that protect sensitive information.
